This dream is a projection of your desired destination and to achieve this you may need to put more time and effort into hitting those goals and aspirations in reality. Additionally, you could be stressing over some loose ends and unresolved issues which are preventing you from focusing on your plans for the future. Those are obstacles you would need to address before moving on to the next step on the corporate ladder.
The presence of air in dreams, whether you are breathing it in or feeling it circulating in the room, generally reflects your current physical and psychological state. Often this means things are not ideal or something has not reached your expectations. Maybe your job is not fulfilling or your relationship has gone stale.
